Kaiserfleckerl - Almwiesn (Austrian dish)

Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

Central bright basement apartment (small terrace in summer)

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet housing estate. The one-room apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee machine and refrigerator. Also a cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has patio furniture. Unfortunately, there is no view, but it is right at the ski bus stop.

Garden apartment with mountain views, rustic and cozy

The cozy apartment in the traditional Tyrolean style is on the first floor of our apartment building and comprises a spacious 65 m². In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Welcome to Kapellenblick! A spacious, stylish apartment awaits you. A pleasant ambiance for a relaxing, sporty, eventful, and enjoyable stay. The accommodation is centrally located. A bakery, supermarket, cafes, banks, restaurants, and a pizzeria are all just a few minutes away. Looking out the window, you'll see a small horse paddock. If you hike up the local mountain, the "Pölven," you can enjoy an impressive view.

Sunlight streams in through the windows from all sides. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and stylish. All the rooms offer ample space for relaxation. The bathroom is a private spa, and the balcony immerses you in the alpine oasis. Why the name "Alpine Forest"? The Kitzbühel Alps are outside, and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine – the table, the bed, all handcrafted.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
