Vacation rentals with a patio in Wokingham

This place is fantastic. The space is well thought out and has everything you need inside and outside. The bathroom is particularly stunning with a great big shower. There is a great patio area with hot & cold taps outside to wash muddy boots & paws. It is peaceful with stunning walks direct from the door. The best thing about this place are the fantastic hosts who went above & beyond to help myself and my daughter. Both before we arrived and during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future

Great location and it matched the description and key pictures. A great responsive management team who met our requests for fresh linen changes and always keen to know if we needed anything more to make our stay more comfortable. A good option to stay if convenience, comfort and ease are important.

Le logement de Susan est charmant et tout neuf, avec une petite cour au calme. Il se situe à 15 minutes à pied d’une station qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Londres en moins de 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement !

I had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's property in the Hertfordshire area recently and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is incredibly cosy, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Tracy, the host, was exceptionally gracious and attentive. She responded to all our requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. This was the second time we had stayed at Hannah’s, so we knew the routine to get into the accommodation when we got back from Wembley stadium. Always helpful and accommodating, Hannah’s place is spotless and every attention to detail has been thought about. Suited my wife and I down to the ground and we hope Hannah’s Airbnb will be available for our annual trip next year.

Sian’s cottage is lovely, exceptionally clean and set in peaceful surroundings. Sian was very communicative and very flexible, helping us with some minute issues for which we were very grateful. The main bathroom is in the eaves space but it was manageable and very quaint. Initially I wasn’t sure about sharing their garden space but the grounds are large enough that we were able to enjoy our BBQ in the garden space alongside Sian and her family. If you’re looking to stay in the area I would highly recommend Sian’s cottage

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

If I could give anywhere a special mention, it would be here. If you have the chance to book it, take it. It is better than the pictures and extremely spacious. Rachel was a fantastic host and I appreciate all the recommendations she could give us for the local area. Worth every penny, perfect location!

We had 4 adults, a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old at this location and it was great for the week we stayed with our family. There was plenty of space, it was clean with a nice open first floor, and the hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and recommend this rental. Thank you!

This trip had a real WOW factor for us. My son and mum loved the hot tub. It was very private but with a beautiful view of the marina. It had a friendly atmosphere as my young son waved to some of the neighbours on their boats and they made his day by waving back. The hot tub was fabulous. Great communication from Hari. Very close to Legoland. We would love to go back and stay again.

This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

A lovely hideaway after a long working day and before a travel day. It was incredibly peaceful set amongst Nick's lovely garden, I felt right at home. Little touches like fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were really appreciated. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer and explored the area more! Thank you Nick!

Appartement très agréable, exactement comme décrit. Il est idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare la plus proche, ce qui permet un accès rapide et facile au centre de Londres. Il est également à environ 15 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé, parfait pour un court ou long séjour. Nik a été un hôte exceptionnel : très accueillant, sympathique et toujours disponible. Il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et s’est montré vraiment arrangeant tout au long du séjour. Merci encore Nik pour cette belle expérience ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Viktor was a great host. We needed accommodation due to a flooded house and we booked hours before arrival. I am grateful for his flexibility and very fast response to us. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. A lot of care and attention has gone into this home. The surrounding area is lovely and it's a short walk to the Town. Superb location for this one if a kind apartment. Minutes from the Marlow High St restaurants and coffee shops through a treelined path and a stroll towards the river. . Clearly every effort has been made to ensure the fixtures , linens and furnishings are new, modern and highest quality with thoughtful touches. I give this my highest personal recommendation as an ideal spot to stay whether chilling in this beautiful location or using it as your base for easy access to London and the rail network for visiting friends/family.
