A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high quality standards. A 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Jeff's place was a great place to stay. Lovely room, comfortable single bed, access to the kitchen a bonus. Jeff was very helpful and communicative and both the room and the area were very peaceful. I only stayed a couple of nights, but I would be happy to stay much longer. Also a great location for both Reading and Henley.

Lovely room and having a private bathroom, not shared was a plus. Very quick and clear communication from Emma whenever I needed to know anything. Excellent value for money and perfect location for what i needed. Accommodation was exactly like the photos. Felt very homely. I would 100% return if in the area again.

Deborah's place was easy to find and you have you own parking space. the annex was lovely, has everything you need, the standard of the annex was very high, including a great shower. Deborah was very nice and helpful.
