The apartment is modern and cozily furnished. The terrace is 40 sqm , of which 11 sqm covered. Wonderful to chill. Direct access to the lake. Fully equipped modern kitchen for 4 people. Here you can cook wonderfully. In 2025, a lot was renovated.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated.
