The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a living room with sofa bed and adjoining shower room, and a small bedroom with single bed and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. Linens, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket 2 km. It is a 5-minute walk to the AZL Luhmühlen, and to the Westergellerser Heide event site it is approx. 20 minutes' walk (2 km)

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
