Condo vacation rentals in Wilmington

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

This is a great condo in Carolina Beach! Great beach access, beautiful view of the ocean and a really nice pool. Nice touches in the condo to make it feel like home and a comfortable bed.

Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

we loved this place, it was right on the water and only a very short walk to the beach access. the view was beautiful and we felt right at home, it was very peaceful and relaxing! we will definitely be planning another stay here in the future!

Awesome place and location! Perfect for my husband and I’s long weekend anniversary trip. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool was under renovation during our stay, which was a bummer but we were aware of ahead of time. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect — I arrived Monday and left Friday without needing my car, which was wonderful. Everything you need is just a short walk away, from great restaurants and bars to ice cream shops. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. I’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect location for our first visit to the North Carolina coast! We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony and all throughout the Airbnb. It was clean and spacious, bed was very comfy, and everything had modern updates. Having the screen door on the balcony was a game changer so we could listen to the waves no matter what we were doing. Super close to the beach walkway and the pool, rec center is about a 10 min walk from the Airbnb. We spent a lot of time in Wilmington as well and it was just a quick 35 minute drive! Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Very well appointed and great location. Beds were comfy, layout was perfect. The only negative I could find is the 3rd floor walk up so plan for that for your visit!

Steve’s condo was EXTREMELY clean, maintained and cozy. The view of the ocean here is amazing, it’s about as close to the ocean as you can get! The beach was clean and pretty easy to walk and not nearly as crowded as other places, this condo is also located directly beside the beach access!! Steve as a host was incredible! He was very helpful and informative and wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. We are already thinking about returning to this location for next year’s vacation and if we do, we will certainly book with Steve at this same condo again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay. The home was immaculate, the amenities spot on and the location was fantastic. Laura’s home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Three generations were happy and had a great time. Looking forward to a return visit.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! I don’t know what was more beautiful, the sunrise or moon shining over the ocean. The view is breathtaking- drinking coffee on balcony every morning soaking up the sunshine and sounds of ocean was exactly what we needed!!

This place was perfect! Great communication with hosts and airbnb as advertised. Would definitely come back and recommend to all wanting a relaxing weekend on the beach.

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. With running paths on the beach front area, historical site, and main road, we were able to get active before relaxing all day on the beach located just steps from our door! The condo was beautiful and updated with comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook. Steve was a phenomenal host; he was very communicative and responsive prior to check in. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

This apartment was such a perfect spot for a downtown trip! Amazing location, cozy room, and stocked with everything we could need! Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The location and view is beautiful! Wilmington is such a charming, friendly and historic town. Dozens of delicious restaurants within walking distance.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

I have to start by saying, this is by far the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. The cleaners do an AMAZING job here. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay. Location was perfect. I’ve never stayed so close to the beach in my life - this is beachFRONT and the balcony is a perfect place to relax and watch the waves roll in. Kure beach is a quaint little residential beach town (just my style) - quiet and laid back but close enough to Carolina beach and Wilmington for entertainment. It rained for a few days so we went to a nearby aquarium and that was super nice too. The little shops and restaurants nearby are charming too. The whole town was colorful, down to earth, beautiful and I felt right at home in the condo. I feel like I’ve found a hidden jewel and hope to come back again. I wish I would’ve booked a few more nights.

Had a great 3-night stay! I was there for UNCW graduation weekend and didn't hear excess noise at the rooftop bar as other's have stated. The "bouncers" to get up to the condo when the rooftop bar is open were all super friendly! The bed is small but was very comfortable. Cute place & great location! Can't beat the price!!!

You know when you go to a hotel and they always have the best pillows? This place had me taking off the pillowcase to see what brand it was! The best wasn't just comfortable but the entire place felt very "home away from home". As a former Wrightsville Beach resident, you can't get a better location than this for the rate. Truly an amazing deal. Robi also was very helpful and the instructions to get in were very clear. Would stay here again.
