Nice location, close to downtown, responsive and kind host and clean home. Easy stay, enjoyed our month here.

We had the best stay! The place was perfect for us and such a great location! Loved the space and it had everything you would need! Great stay for two people! We can’t wait to book our next stay and so happy we found our new spot to stay when we come to visit!

We had a great stay at this cozy cottage! The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood—peaceful and safe, but still just a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

Absolutely perfect, could not ask for more. The first thing my wife and I noticed when we arrived was how clean and fresh smelling the home was. This house is perfect with enough room for everyone! Beautiful and relaxing backyard was perfect for my family. Hot tub was incredible clean and jets worked amazing. Plenty of seating for everyone to relax and hang out. Prime location only 15-20 away from the beach depending on time of day. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and family friendly. Also the host response time was incredible, definitely worth 5 starts!!!

We came to celebrate birthdays in our family. We had three families staying together at this Airbnb and we had plenty of space to sleep comfortably, have the kids entertained in both the family room and outside, and we were able to cook full meals for everyone. The beach is a short drive and the home is conveniently located to grocery stores and shopping centers as well. The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about our stay, especially the outdoor area with the pool, screened in porch, grill and outdoor games. I would absolutely come back to stay here again! *Also, one of the children left a Tablet device in the home after check out and the owners were super helpful and quickly responsive to ensure we were able to retrieve it before we left town!

Great house in a great location. The back yard and pool were lovely! Nice private fenced yard great for dogs and kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the attention to detail throughout the home was great! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming she made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

Beautiful home in a great location! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach. The private beach access and parking is a huge plus. The house was extremely clean, especially for a pet friendly property, and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups. Would definitely stay again!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

The home was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach access. It was well-stocked with plenty of beach supplies, which our group of 8 really appreciated. Having an EV charger available was also a huge plus. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Brian was very responsive and provided helpful information ahead of our trip.

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

We enjoyed our stay over spring break. The arcade and game room were enjoyed by all. There were plenty of places to sleep our family of eleven. We loved the location and the ability to bike to several places including the beach.

Our family loved Diane’s Comfy Cozy Home!! The setting was woodsy, quiet and yet conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and Arlie Gardens where we celebrated my sons wedding. The house was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub outback all 4 nights. Diane went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The hot tub had a leak the day before we arrived, She quickly ordered the part needed and overnighted it from California. Her husband came out the first day we were there and fixed it. It was ready that night to enjoy and we did! She knew the hot tub was a big deal for the whole family. Thank you Diane for making our stay a lovely experience and fun family memory! This beach house was the perfect pick for our parents’ anniversary celebration! The location was fantastic, just an eight-minute walk to the beach, though we drove and found parking in about three minutes—so convenient! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with stunning modern renovations, and matched the pictures and description perfectly. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for an incredible beach getaway, including beach towels and a beach wagon for us to use, plus a fully equipped kitchen for cooking special meals, and we loved using the grill and relaxing in the hot tub. The host was incredibly responsive, answering every question in a flash, making our stay seamless. The thoughtful touches, like clear check-in and check-out instructions, made us feel so welcome. Our experience was beyond amazing with zero complaints, and we’re already eager to book again! We’ll be raving about this gem to everyone!
