Quiet neighborhood w/a playground next door. Plenty of street parking. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop/grocery store, downtown, or Greenfield Lake Park. A 15 min. drive will get you to Wrightsville, Carolina & Kure beach or the Fort Fisher Aquarium. From our house you can hear the train wind through historic Wilmington & the Tug Boats whistle as they pull the boats up the Cape Fear Channel. It’s the charm of Wilmington. All guests must be 25yrs & older. No pets allowed.

Home Away From Home

Our home is a block away from all the action in town however we're secluded, private and right across from the lake. We're within walking distance of anything you need. It’s a 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on what your carrying ie. kids, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and we do offer a beach cart to help with this process. Walking or jogging around the lake is great exercise. One lap around is 2/3 mile.

A spacious living area features a comfortable brown sectional sofa and a round black coffee table. A modern fan hangs above, and natural light streams in through large windows. A wooden console table and decorative surfboard complement the minimalist design, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
