Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Welcome to Baita Nonna Maria, an intimate and authentic retreat where nature takes center stage. The cabin is in a uniquely secluded yet easily accessible location, a rare balance that offers complete privacy without sacrificing comfort. All around, there is nothing but the forest, the scent of resin, and a breathtaking view that opens onto the mountains like a painting that changes with the seasons. Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

Cozy apartment in the quiet town of Wiesen, a hamlet of Davos, in a very sunny area with a beautiful panoramic balcony, ski school for young children within walking distance and other ski resorts in the immediate vicinity: Rinerhorn 10 min by car, Parsenn and Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Easily accessible by public transport (Wiesen Kirche bus stop). Lots of nice board games for families. Ideal base for walks.

The apartment, renovated in 2017, consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, a room with two pull-out double sofa beds, a separate double bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and two balconies. Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
