Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677.
