Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wien

I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war einfach klasse! Er ist bei Rückfragen stets schnell erreichbar gewesen und konnte immer weiterhelfen. Wir waren zu 8 da und haben Junggesellenabschied gefeiert und man konnte in der Unterkunft ohne Probleme feiern und auch etwas lauter sein, ohne jemanden zu stören. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem wundervoll eingerichteten Haus im mid-century Stil! Danke für die gute Zeit!!! Klare Empfehlung!

Danke Martin, wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in deinem voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Für alle, die diese Zeilen lesen werden: Sie schlafen hier ruhig und haben die Auswahl, ob Sie sich auf einer weichen oder lieber auf einer härteren Matratze schlafen legen wollen. Sie werden hier vom Vogelsang geweckt. Natur pur, denn Sie befinden Sie dann, am Rande der Stadt im Grünen. Das Sisis Schloss, also die Hermes Villa in unmittelbarer Nähe, war unser Favorit, weil dort nur wenige Touristen dieses wunderschöne Museum besuchten. Wer gerne die Wanderschuhe anzieht oder mit seinen Kindern in der Natur spielen möchte, wird diese grüne Oase in unmittelbarenr Nähe des Ferienhauses zu schätzen wissen. Mit dem Bus und anschließend der U-Bahn waren wir in zirka 50 Minuten im Zentrum von Wien. Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

O apartamento é realmente grande com uma ótima sala de banho e cozinha. Tem tudo que é necessário. Tem televisores na sala e nos quartos, para quem aprecia. A poucos metros passam duas linhas de bonde. Recomendo.

Spacious and well-located apartment just a short walk from the historic Klosterneuburg Monastery. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, and the large dining table and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. Beds were comfortable, and getting to and from Vienna was quick and straightforward. The hosts were very friendly and communicative throughout our stay. The only issue was some visible mold in the shower.

L'appartement de Kristina était idéal pour visiter Vienne, avec un accès facile à l'aeroport et au centre de vienne par le métro. La grande rue commerçante toute proche est également un plus. L'appartement est très spacieux et très agréable pour se reposer après une bonne journée de marche. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était également disponible. Un grand merci à Kristina pour sa réactivité et sa souplesse pour le check out !!! Nous conseillons vivement

Amazing and spacious, enough for even more than 4 people! Also, there is a walkable metro station nearby that can take you to the downtown in 10-15 minutes

Apartment wie beschrieben, schnelle und einfache Kommunikation

Sehr angenehme Bleibe und engagierte Vermieterin in guter Lage um Zentrum und Öffis zu nutzen.

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Super friendly host and beautiful home! Absolutely worth the price and perfect for a weekend get away.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Seds Unterkunft. Von Check-In bis zur Abreise hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und lief problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden sie bei einer erneuerten Reise wieder buchen.

Es hat alle von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Kommunikation war der hammer noch nie so eine gute Basis auf airbnb erlebt. Auch das Haus war so luxuriös und schön. Vielen Dank für das tolle Urlaubserlebnis

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus am Rande von Neusiedl. Haus ist umzäunt und perfekt für Hunde. Sehr schöner Pool und großzügiger Garten

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Dieses Haus ist nicht grad klein, doch lädt es zum verweilen ein. S' ist richtig schön, ja, glaubt es mir, der Garten ist unglaublich hier. Vogelgezwitscher, ein Bach, der rauscht, am Abend man den Fröschen lauscht und Rosen blühen,- mein Herz lacht bei dieser tollen Farbenpracht. Hier bist du Gast, stell', dich darauf ein, s' ist ihr Zuhause und nicht dein doch suchst du Ruhe, brauchst kein Wort, dann komm hierher an diesen Ort. Die Badner Bahn und das macht Sinn, bringt schnell an jeden Platz dich hin. Ich fand's hier toll, hier wohnt das Glück, ich komme gern' einmal zurück. Chanel

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice

The house is spacious and perfect for families with kids. For those who love hiking and have their business around this part of Vienna, this place is the best alternative overall. It substituted our usual 5* hotel from 1st district due to better location (for us) and more spacious.
