The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. We especially appreciated your prompt communication and flexibility with the early check-in. The location was a bit further than we normally stay to the main sites in the town center in a 3 day visit. It could be walkable within 20-30 mins but we opted for the metro instead. The good news is the metro was very close to the apartment and all the main stations were only 2-3 stops and only took a few minutes to the heart of the tourist areas, so still extremely convenient! The neighborhood had a little pub right down the street - which was nice but also made for bit of nightly noise if you prefer windows open for sleeping since the sound of laughing and talking echoed (with windows closed wasnt an issue). The apartment itself was flawless and very clean and modern. It was spacious, had nice amenities and the bed was comfortable - everything you need for a home away from home. Definitely recommended!

Great location and very good apartment. Close to the metro and the restaurant opposite the street is a great start!

The place is amazing and is as described. The fireplace and library definitely the highlight for me and most key locations are all walkable distance. For myself I like to make myself at home and cook and honestly you can tell the home is well looked after, the cook ware and cutlery all easy to find and whipped nice eggs benedicts and French toast for breakfast. I liked how they left enough material for an evening in. Really gave the place extra atmosphere. Cannot fault the flat and location. I was extremely satisfied with the place and the host. Everything was very straightforward from the get go.

Absolutely great apartment, location is ok but public transport is in walking distance and easy to get around. saska was ace. The only problem we had was initially the key to get in the block was missing but this was swiftly resolved. Pub over the road was welcome relief 😄

Katharina and Michael were friendly and helpful hosts! Her communication was particularly great. Within 10-15 minutes, I always received clear feedback. The apartment is as in the photos. Important note: there is no elevator. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. But it is a good opportunity for movement and getting fit. 😉 Highly recommended!

Our second time at Edit and Dieter's place. Perfectly located, very comfortable apartment that was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. An apartment with real character. We will definitely be back again!

We had an excellent stay here! Perfect location, very walkable and easy access to public transportation, but just far enough away from the commotion that it is very peaceful and quiet at night. The furniture and particularly the bed were very comfortable. Well decorated and supplied, we felt right at home. The coffee arrangement was also fantastic! We loved it here and will be back!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Grocery store was 2 blocks away as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. Very cozy and had everything we needed.

I had an absolute wonderful time. I was there for a whole month. The location is great, there are plenty of shops and a beautiful par just around the corner. It’s easy to commute to the city. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and felt like home from the first moment. Thank you so much !

Lovely place to stay in Vienna!

I stay in AirBnBs in Vienna quite often, and if this apartment would be available more often I would definitely stay the more often. Perfect location. Surprisingly quiet. Very well renovated.

Thank you Januszka and Sebastian for your hospitality. We were welcomed as close friends. We felt cared for and supported all the time. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern (as in the photo). Everything is thought out to the smallest detail from the fan and washing machine to the corkscrew and glasses. There are any dishes, pots and pans (all in excellent condition). There are several supermarkets and underground parking near the house. Excellent transport system. You can easily get to any place in Vienna. Our girls aged 12 and 16 easily moved around the city on their own. There is a bakery nearby, on the ground floor there is a small inexpensive restaurant (quiet and cozy). We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

Lovely place! Tons of room for 2 people, extremely clean, most amenities you’ll need, and great location (easy access to city center by metro). Hosts were very kind and responsive to all our questions. Bonus - they have a luggage storage room in the basement!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Even’s place was really comfortable for 4 people. Also we travelled with our dog, and the building is really dog friendly, there is a small garden on the 2nd floor that you can use. The view from the balcony was really nice. Also there is a parking log on a walking distance that you can leave your car for a very affordable price. It’s not close to center but everything is 15-20mins away by subway. We enjoyed our time and recommend it. Also Even was really responsible. Overall, good experience.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Very welcoming hosts and the location is excellent, being 3-4 minutes from the train station, and from there in 15 minutes we arrived in Vienna. The apartment has a gorgeous garden and is close to the forest. The biggest plus were the two gorgeous and loving huski. I would definitely come back!☺️

I have stayed in this house several times, but this place is distinguished by special comfort and coziness. It's spotlessly clean, lots of dishes, and everything you need to stay for a few days. The photos and description are true. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, very calming, with a great view from the balcony. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool are fantastic - lovely place to watch the sunset from. I particularly liked the minimalist / white interiors of the bedroom, felt very relaxing, and having lots of kitchen space and equipment to cook with. Anna always responded to questions and offered a slightly later check out on request. Highly recommend spending time in adjacent Prater park - very easy to get the bus a few stops into the middle of the park, or to walk there. I had a wonderful stay here, thank you.

The place has the perfect location. You can find everything you need in walking distance. Inside the apartment it was very quiet and private. The best place to relax was by the pool on the rooftop terrace. You get something for your money here! The host always helped us quickly with questions. Everything wonderful! We will be happy to come back :)
