Anna was an amazing host! Very attentive to detail, clean space, and I was so glad to see the finish result of the amazing statue she had built! Would highly recommend!

Allan's place was fantastic! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a very walkable location. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as pictured, everything was as described. House was clean and cozy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cute porch setup. Traffic was very loud, but the provided noise machines worked like a charm.

Nice quiet basement of songwriters full time home. Lots of room to park on the start, nice easy entrance at the side fence with an easy accessible for to get down to your unit! It was so cozy and clean, and the needs were like sleeping on pillows! Had all the dishes we need to enjoy our bagged salads! Just enough room for only two people which was perfect for us. We def plan on staying again!! The only negative reads not being able to control the temp.. They definitely compensate that with having fans available so it equals out I guess! All around, a wonderful five star stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Melvin was very responsive. I will stay here every time I come to Denver! It was like home. He had extra special touches. i.e. stocked cabinets, bottled water, laundry pods, etc.

This house was such a fun place to stay!! It had everything we needed and more. Tyler was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. He gave us some great suggestions on things to do in the area!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

The home was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautiful – it felt like the perfect place for our extended stay. We had more than enough room to spread out and relax, with big, open rooms that made it feel even more welcoming. It was also exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could possibly need – from towels, a Keurig, and dish soap to shower essentials, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and even kids' items. Hannah really thought of everything! Some highlights that made our stay even better: the light switches were thoughtfully labeled, which was such a small but helpful touch. It really showed how much care Hannah put into making the home as convenient as possible. The backyard was another standout – huge and beautiful, providing plenty of space for the kids to play and for us to unwind. Hannah was also incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to assist with any questions, no matter how small. We truly felt at home and highly recommend!

Great little basement spot in a super accessible area of Denver. We unfortunately didn’t meet Benji but I’m sure he would have been wonderful. Overall perfect stay 👌

What a tranquil, lovely, and enjoyable stay! My wife, two dogs, and I worked remotely from Brian's place for just under a week while also visiting family and friends. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Exercise garage in the AM, cold plunge to wake up, hot tub to relax, sauna to sweat it out, and such an amazing tub, huge kitchen, and amazingly calming bedrooms. Honestly, we could have easily have stayed forever! Brian was an excellent host; always responsive, helpful to sharing the space, and very considerate with everything he's built and created at the home. Unquestionably we would be back again given the chance!

We stayed here for a concert at the Red Rocks and the location was only about a 10 minute drive from the venue. We also checked out downtown Golden which was equally about a 10 minute drive. The Airbnb itself was very cozy and homely. We had no trouble finding it or relaxing after exploring the local area.

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

Jana was great! She was very responsive and always asked if there was anything I needed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and a great walking trail! Chestnut (her dog) was very sweet too!

Was perfect for our needs. I always forget at least one thing, and this time it was a hair dryer. Was pleasantly surprised to find one hanging in the bathroom. Very friendly host. Would stay again.

In town for our son’s college graduation. Needed space for family and central location. Nice off street parking. Front yard is greener than photos. Wonderful to have large table downstairs to gather with a comfy sofa and foosball. Nice living room couch for hanging out and watching a movie together. Ample hot water- always great with everyone showering at the same time. Easy to find and access with host’s clear instructions. Enjoyed our time here. Comfy beds too.

Erin and Michael were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful, gracious and accommodating. My stay was comfortable. The space was clean and had thoughtful touches. I enjoyed the rooftop lounge and view. Their cat Poppy spent a lot of time with me, gave me company, comfort and love. I had come here directly from Western North Carolina having experienced the aftermath of the rains and Hurricane Helene. Poppy was therapy for me! ❤️

If you’re considering renting Deanna’s treehouse for a stay in Colorado, I ABSOLUTELY recommend you book with her. She was a wonderful host and was very kind. My mom and i stayed here while visiting Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks! The venue was a short drive away from the airbnb which was a huge plus! Deanna’s beautiful treehouse is perfect for a concert getaway in Colorado. I hope to book with Deanna again for future vacations in Colorado ! :)
