Lenus was a fantastic host. Proactive and responsive communications. Basement AirBNB was exactly like the photos and description. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was really dark and cozy at night! The massage chair was fantastic after a day of sightseeing and walking. With a rental car centrally located to downtown Denver. Would stay at Lenus's place again!!

Loved it! Was in a quite neighborhood, close to a park so I could go running, and great spot if you are going to Red Rocks for a concert. The layout was great for our family trip and never felt cramped with five people. Was easy accesses to the interstate so Denver was easy to get to, but none of the traffic noise at this location. The staff was super friendly and responsive when we had questions. Will stay at their properties again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed (including coffee!), the bed and couch were very comfortable. It's an easy walk to Tennyson with lots of restaurants, cocktail bars, and coffee shops.

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay at April’s. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Mary was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. She was flexible on check in time and met us to give us the keys and show us the parking set up. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Mary also went beyond and had the apartment stocked with some snacks, drinks, toiletries, and even books for guests' enjoyment. The garage parking also worked out great for us. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mary!

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! This apartment was well appointed and full of charm. Very clean and easy to get anything you want. A natural food store across the street and private parking spot. We came for a concert at Red Rocks and this apartments location on the south end of town was very close to the venue. It’s also close to downtown Golden but I wouldn’t describe it as easily walkable to town. One thing to know is that this unit is at a traffic roundabout so sometimes is loud depending on the cars going through. This was only an issue in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

We booked this bnb after reading the listings and reviews and deciding it was what we were looking for. It sure didn't disappoint! This apartment was a perfect launchpad for a week of excursions into the delightful city of Denver, the awesome Colorado mountains, and a few small towns (car rental from the airport). But we also enjoyed staying in because it felt like home but away from home. By the time we left, we felt rested and re-energized. We're grateful to the hosts for their kind hospitality and thoughtfulness. This is a gem!

Debbie’s place was absolutely amazing. From the prestocked coffee creamer to start the day, down to the ice cream for dessert at night, Debbie thought of it all. Linens & towels were perfectly cleaned, kitchen was spotless, bathroom was pristine. The front porch was my favorite part. Hanging out at night in the tree with the twinkly lights was such a vibe. Debbie & her family were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. Debbie gave us a big list of things to do around the area. Free street parking was a breeze. Very quiet area & we all felt very safe. I have no complaints! Definitely staying here again my next trip! Thank you Debbie!

Wife and I traveled to Denver from Minneapolis with our golden retriever for a concert at Red Rocks. Justin greeted us when we arrived and we got to meet their friendly dog. It was nice to find a dog that could match our wacko dog's energy! The space was super clean and perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. The apartment comes with a booklet including some recommendations for nearby dining. We went to Lady Nomada which was some of the best mexican food we have ever had. Great stay!

It was a perfect stay! My husband and I were looking for a new place to venture where we can also work remotely. We needed a place in the city but that's also quiet and this place was perfect and Yun made us feel completely comfortable. highly recommended this spot!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.

John and Kyla’s place was great for our girls night away to relax! We were welcomed when first arrived and it has a separate entrance to their home. Easy to find the entrance with signs to follow. The place had everything we needed! The kitchen was great and living room/dining room was spacious! Living room was big enough to put up our king size mattress. Additionally, the bed was comfy and there were so many comfy blankets! Bathroom was a great size and had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome! That was the best part for me 😊😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

Christopher was an excellent host and gave great recommendations when needed! The place is extremely spacious and nice. The hot tub was relaxing after traveling for a few days. The bed is also extremely comfortable!
