10/10 recommend! Loved staying in and going out visiting food places and malls. Absolutely loved the botanical gardens! Location of Airbnb was great, amazing style and groovy vibe!

Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.

Great Location! Right in the heart of old town Arvada. Lots of great shops, bars, restaurants and parks all within walking distance. There was a bustling farmers market right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with park within walking distance. The décor gave the place a homey feeling. There were many games, two large TVs, and dressers for storage. The beds were comfortable, there were clothes hangers, and the house temperature easily controlled. The backyard was a nice size to let the dog out and had a large patio where we played corn hole. There’s ample comfortable seating in the living room and family room. The lighting was modern and much is dimmable. As we stayed for several days, it was nice to have a large kitchen for food prep including a big refrigerator and separate drink cooler. There was a good supply of coffee too. Loading and unloading belongings were great with the attached garage and easy access. The host, Justin, was very helpful and responsive to questions.

Our stay at Mark’s home was great! The house was beautiful and clean. We felt right at home and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

It was worth every cent, the only thing is the 4 days there we had no Wi-Fi access other then that it was worth the $ we paid

Great place to stay if you are traveling to Colorado to the Denver/Front Range Area. Close to downtown and highways leading west to enjoy the mountains! Lovely neighborhood, spacious house with huge backyard to enjoy the Colorado weather!! Would stay here again in the future 100%.

From the initial booking until we departed, Andrew constantly kept great communication us. The photos and description of the property was exactly what was delivered to you in person with no gimmicks or exaggeration. Any questions or concerns we had, no matter how minor, were always addressed promptly and professionally. They made our stay a genuinely great time as were never more than a message away for support. Myself and my family would never hesitate to use them again for future travels. Thank you again Andrew!

Beautiful place and great for a family or a few couples. We had my daughter’s dog with us and backyard was perfect for her and also 1/2 block to a nice park where we walked her too. Location is few minutes drive from great restaurants etc.

Jessica’s place was perfect—super clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly sized and had everything we needed. The bedroom is comfy, the neighborhood was peaceful ... it felt like home! She's super friendly and insanely fast at responding with any questions. We had an awesome time. 100% recommend staying here!

Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!! Kristin was super responsive and an incredible host! The airbnb had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They even had welcome Coors banquets and welcome burritos for us in the fridge. What a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!!

This place really felt like staying at a friend's house! It is well equipped, with fun touches and clear instructions. We were in town for Bolder Boulder and we appreciated finding a listing to host our three-generation group in one place. The care shown in this house is everywhere. Truly, it reminded me of when a friend has loaned us their place. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location in Denver, walkable to Rockies stadium and lots of other things. Lots of space in the condo. Very clean.

This place is amazing and will you make you feel like you are home. It was a modern traditional style that i thoroughly enjoyed. The view is outstanding and everything you need is within walking distance. Beautiful place and would definitely use it again when I’m in town.

Nikki’s place was great! Our trip was focused on the Yankees vs. Rockies 3- game series and this location was perfect for that. Her place is also close to Union Station, grocery store and restaurants so a car is not needed. Nikki’s condo was comfortable, clean and cozy. We loved it! 😊 Thanks Nikki!

Very spacious unit in a great neighborhood with lots to do close by. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Easy instructions and quick communication from the host. This was a great stay for our group of 4.

This was a nice place to stay in downtown Golden. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. This place is even within walking distance of the Coors factory tour pickup lot. We really appreciated how clean the place was and all the added touches - q tips, cotton balls, teas, coffee, etc…

Our family was quite happy staying at Julia’s. First, the location was terrifying. My father and I enjoyed walking the trail along the creek and the historical homes in the upper neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed walking to the heart of Pearl for coffee in the morning and yummy food and drinks in the evening. The open-spaced contemporary design of Julia’s place was lovely and relaxing. We could all come together in the downstairs area, but there was enough room to separate and have some quiet space to yourself. Finally, I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony sipping some tea or wine.
