The loft on the second floor of our newly built home is all yours. Plenty of windows and natural light greet you on entrance. A good size kitchenette with all necessities but NO STOVE! Extra large bathroom with shower and 5 1/2 ft claw foot tub. A reading nook with day bed. Off street parking. Private entrance.

Literally minutes from the public Shady Grove boat launch and boat and jet ski rentals. 6 minutes from Interstate 40, and about 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas, so you can get to your destinations quickly, and then come back to peace and quiet at night.

We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local band or the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage.

The Travelers Suite is a luxurious 1590 square foot upstairs loft that offers breathtaking sights of the original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and the barn wood bar area that are simply gorgeous.
