I took a group of teenagers to the treehouse for my son 16th birthday. It was perfect as I had my own bedroom and they got to stay together. There was lots for them to do but also a great time to unplug and just spend quality time together and not stay on their phones like they usually do.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! First off the privacy and the view was spectacular. We were greeted by the cutest dogs! We were able to rest and enjoy the fire pit while lying on the hammock. And the host took us around to see his goats, horses and dogs! It was so enjoyable! I will recommend it to anyone who needs to escape from the city life!

The description and pictures paled in comparison to the cabin and atmosphere itself. They truly did a remarkable job with blending the rustic beauty of the cabin with modern conveniences. The farm is beautiful and was a pleasure to visit. The hosts were wonderful people who went out of their way with ways to make us feel at home. An added bonus was that our dog was not only permitted to join us on our trip but welcomed by them. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience we had. We plan to return for another visit.

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

Absolutely worth checking this place out. Quintessential WNC, down to the fireflies peppering the field below. Very beautifully styled home with unique spaces to enjoy where you are.

Our stay at the Yeehaw Lodge for an extended weekend getaway was amazing and the view of Grandfather Mountain from the cabin was absolutely stunning! The cabin was exactly as described and very well stocked. Liz's instructions were clear which made check in and check out a straightforward process. We look forward to booking a stay at the Yeehaw Lodge in the future.

We had a great time staying at Double H! The cabin is very private and was very clean upon check-in. They had left some fresh eggs in the fridge which we enjoyed! Our kids loved feeding the llamas and donkeys. You really feel secluded, but in reality you are pretty close to anything you may need. Hosts were super friendly and very responsive! We would absolutely stay again.

The place was beautiful! We had an amazing time there and she went out of her way to make us feel right at home. We will definitely book again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the stone cottage in Hot Springs. The location was far enough from the hustle and bustle to be a peaceful getaway yet still only about 45 minutes from Asheville offering a lot to do. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in western North Carolina.

This was SUCH a wonderful getaway for us! The cabin is beautiful, tons of outdoor activities close by, and the views on the property are incredible! Matt was an awesome host, extremely kind and helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer :-) Thank you again for hosting, we will absolutely book this spot again!

Stayed for 4 nights with or 2 kids(2 and 5 years old) and dog(8 month old Australian shepherd) and had a blast. Felt very at home and was able to get a much needed peaceful getaway. Plenty of beautiful hikes nearby and the creek was amazing. Beautiful historic property.

Lindsay was the consummate host. Her place was exactly what we were hoping for: a peaceful, natural escape from the everyday in the most tranquil setting imaginable. We felt right at home in the cozy, well-appointed cabin in the beautiful surroundings just outside of Cashiers. Lindsay was super-responsive, gracious, and kind. She was keen to emphasize the worry-free aspect of the stay by ensuring an easy and simple check in and check out process. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Wonderful weekend stay! They truly have thought of everything! Comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower with great water pressure! The Hot tub is Wonderful! They are helpful and friendly hosts! The farm animals to visit nearby are just the cherry on top!

Our time at the cabin was next to magical, Peace, quiet and fireflies - what more could one ask for? Shelby was a super responsive host and left plenty of recommendations for our time in the area. Location was unable to be beat -from cabin to the trailhead at Grayson Highlands was under 45 minutes. We, our dog included, cannot wait to return!

Really beautiful stay, the farm surrounding the tiny was beautiful! The tiny itself was so cozy and nice, we enjoyed our nights thoroughly! It was our honeymoon, and it was spent very happily in this tiny!

we felt right at home in this beautifully and tastefully decorated home. It has a very peaceful and serene outdoor area, where we spent most of our time grilling or just sitting by the fire pit. It's conveniently located only about 20 minutes from downtown Boone. The host were very responsive and quicly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this house and we'll be back next year, as this is now our favorite home in NC.

The cabin was lovely and we had a great time there . Communication with owners was easy and prompt. The cabin is hidden in the mountains , but easy to find and with good access . We felt safe . The cabin is 100 years old but beautifully renewed , without taking the feeling that you are in a traditional mountain cabin . We also enjoyed the nearby community and the kind people living in the area . We loved the stay and we plan to return .

This was an incredibly peaceful long weekend getaway in the mountains. This is the kind of place where we hope to come back to some day. Whether you're sitting in the living room, on a kitchen stool, or anywhere on the deck, this place is an escape into the NC mountain ranges. Lizzie is a great host, and we had zero issues from beginning to end. It is evident that a great deal of thought was put into even the smallest touch of things here. We def hope to visit again some day!

My wife and I stayed on a weekend getaway and it was a prefect place to stay. Having been to numerous other Airbnb’s, this is our favorite yet!

We had a wonderful time looking out over the rolling hills, feeding the horses carrots. Enjoyed the pool the whole trip was a win would go back and stay with Suzanne again , very nice person and a lovely home

Jason and his team’s Airbnb was a wonderful place to retreat! This clean modern Scandinavian vibe sets a refreshing and restful ambience for unwinding. We enjoyed the quietness of the farm fields, watching cows graze, the fresh breezes blowing, the views of rolling hills and Blue Ridge mountains (clear day) and vineyards in a distance were all enjoyable to see right from the tranquil setting A-Frame. Jason provides you with all you need for quiet and/or entertaining experience: a fire pit and stocked wood pile for a good campfire, clean hot Hot tub for relaxing, assortment of fun board games and corn hole, great books to read, 2 hammocks to swing beside your friend umder the tall trees.. The bed and furniture throughout the Airbnb was comfortable and all looks and feels brand new! Jason and his team were excellent making sure we had everything to make our stay a success! We felt well cared for in this A-frame perched on a hill and we enthusiastically give Jason and his team 💯 %!

Really enjoyed our stay at Natasha’s. The house was perfect for my wife and myself on a short trip to get away and do some hiking. We enjoyed the great weather on several of the local trails. Excellent food in nearby Boone- we lived the Vicious Biscuit, Melanie’s, and the 105 Diner. The house was quiet, the hot tub was relaxing. We had a really great time- would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect getaway for my mom’s bday’s girl trip! There were a total of 7 people (4 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, 1 infant) and it was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed being outside! It was so peaceful, private and the views are amazing- from the sunrise, the sunset and the moonlit night sky. The place was clean and we all slept spread out and comfortably! We really enjoyed the wrap around porch. We used it for play, for meals, and for relaxation. We also had the convenience of the grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants about 5 minutes away; it was literally a straight shot. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a private getaway.

The home was amazingly clean and organized with switches and spaces labeled. The kitchen was well equipped with tools and appliances including a crockpot and muffin pan. We loved the extra ice maker. The downstairs bedroom is small but adequate. The living room/kitchen/dining area is very comfy and spacious with a lot of nice touches. We ate breakfast and watched many rain showers from the covered porch area. The lightning bugs, deer, and family of 10+ turkeys were a joy to watch up close to the cabin. The covered porch was by far our favorite place to be at any time of the day. We grilled out, enjoyed an evening fire, and even did laundry. We went to the cabin to check out supplies before shopping. We bought charcoal, matches, wood, and groceries from the local Ingles store. The cabin is very private. There is a lot of road traffic but it wasn’t overwhelming. The landscaping is well designed and the cabin is on a hill so people couldn’t see us. We had an amazing time.
