Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Beautiful house, very well equipped. We had an amazing stay. Had a very minor issue and sent a message to the host, he was so helpful and popped round to help within 30 mins. Fantastic help, couldn’t have asked for more.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Nice house with well equipped kitchen and lovely private back garden. Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the village where there are plenty of shops and places to eat.

The house was all we could have wanted!! Perfect location, spacious and clean inside and was amazing for the kids. We had 6 children who had an amazing time in the playroom, cinema style room and the garden. So many toys for them plus cot and high chair provided meant a stress free holiday and more room to bring other bits in the car! The house was beautiful and spacious inside which meant we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and had lots of room to spread out! The location was amazing with a 10minute walk to west wittering beach plus a pub and local amenities just round the corner. The host was very helpful, checking in with us and responding to queries straight away plus accommodating an early check in for us, thank you! I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was perfect, walking distance from everything we needed and a nice open plan downstairs for us all to relax in after a jam packed day at the beach. Sweet little playground round the corner and was very handy having the shop next door (and pub a few minutes walk!). Will definitely stay again! Thank you ☺️

Wendy was away for our stay but Glen and their son Luke were very helpful and attentive. The flat although small was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well equipped - perfect for our short stay visiting family nearby.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

We had a great stay at Lydia’s place! The location is perfect - so central and within walking distance of everything. It’s spacious and has lots of nice touches.

A return visit for us - and another great experience. Lovely convenient setting for our encounters with grandcholildren visiting the area again for half-term - and for a repeat encounter with one of our favorite eating establishments, the Crab & Lobster.

Second time I’ve stayed in no.6 and it was as great as the last time. Clean, homely and comfortable. Great location and everything you need for a cosy get away. Catherine is friendly and helpful and made it a smooth and positive experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay here. It is on a main road but once you are inside it is very peaceful. Being set back from the sea by wide water means it is also very private for a beachside property. There were a few bits left for our arrival which was lovely and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The beach was about 2 mins from the door but there was always plenty to see from the window inside. Comms were great and instructions were clear and helpful. Highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a chilled and relaxed break near the sea. Really lovely.

The flat was really nice and clean, was located amongst different shops and next to cosham station. The noise level was good for being on a high street, and the communication from the host was excellent

Really easy to find with off road parking. Up to the first floor, and wow, what a view of the coast from the living area and bedroom. A spacious living space and great balcony to sit outside. Large bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Nice and clean and airy. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the quieter end of the beach and a stone's throw from Bognor centre. Finn was helpful and easy to contact for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again, it's such a relaxing space. A visit to Arundel is a must, the wetlands, castle and gardens and Swanbourne lake.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

Pleasant overnight stay, easy check in, great location right by Portsmouth Harbour. Would recommend for any short stays!

Lovely bright and clean flat in a fantastic location, with beach and local shops near by. Leo and Laura are great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Central and easy 5 mins walk into main shops, restaurants, cathedral etc - Chichester is a lovely town to visit. Apartment is perfect for a few days stay to explore.
