Beachfront vacation rentals in West Wittering

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Claire’s place was a perfect base for our stay in Southsea. We were visiting family and friends and didn’t run out of places to meet up. The flat had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and dog friendly The stairs to the apartment kept us active and the nearby common worked for the dog! Claire kindly left milk, bread, tissues and other bits which was helpful for the first night. Overall Claire and Andy were helpful without being intrusive, the apartment was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would love to stay again should the opportunity arise.

Clair's cottage is lovely - beautifully furnished and lots of sweet touches- and is in a great location right by the beachfront! Clair was a great host, very communicative and kind!

Stunning location; private and peaceful but close to all amenities. 10 minute walk to the bus stop so able to explore the island with ease. Waking up to the sun rising over the creek was simply beautiful. David was an amazing host and my sister and I felt immediately at home. Didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

If this place is on your list for your next trip, do yourself a favour and book it now! It’s very easy to find, check in instructions were simple, it was spotlessly clean throughout, exactly as it looks in the photos and so comfortable too. It’s also a very short walk to some lovely restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach! We already want to come back. Thanks so much Harley!

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

I visited the Crab Shack for a long weekend with my Daughter (8) and our little dog... We had a wonderful time! The Crab Shack is a very comfortable place to stay, well located for a short walk into town, with all the amenities we needed. The shower and toilet facilities, a very short walk from the yurt, were impeccably clean and the water runs fast and hot in the showers. The local independent pubs in town are friendly, serving good food and drink at a reasonable price, and we were lucky enough to find live music being performed each night. Would strongly recommend taking the short (20 minutes) drive to West Wittering Beach for a beautiful day out... Pizza from Pecorino in East Wittering was fabulous too.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Had a lovely stay, such a great property!!

It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

Steve is a great host and very helpful person. The caravan was neat and clean. The location was great and offers lots of activities. I would highly recommend Steve’s place .

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

Wow wow wow!!! This property definitely has the wow factor. The views, setting and location are fabulous. You could never tire of looking across the grounds, pool and the creek. The property had everything we needed and perfect for a family with children. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing worth mentioning.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay here walking a young puppy on the private beach. The surroundings are peaceful and there were plenty of friendly dogs to meet. Andrew and Kirsty were great hosts and quick to help us out when the shower needed a new washer.

The flat was gorgeous, there was everything you needed and more! High tech kitchen appliances which confused us a little but the instructions were extremely helpful. The beach is right on the door step and it was lovely and quiet. We had 2 toddlers with us and the flat was a perfect base for us. I would love to stay again in the future Kate is a brilliant host very informative with all the information we needed!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pebble Beach. The flat is comfortable and well laid out, with a cosy bedroom, clean bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The private roof terrace with sea views was a real highlight, and being just steps from the beach made it a perfect spot to unwind. What meant the most to us was the host’s exceptional kindness — they went out of their way to extend our stay during a health issue, and we’re so grateful for their understanding and support. Selsey is a peaceful and charming seaside town, ideal for relaxing walks and quiet moments. While the property itself is simple, the beautiful location and the care shown by the host made our visit truly special. Thank you again for everything — your thoughtfulness made a big difference

Lovely home with all the amenities, large kitchen with lots of storage, big main bathroom with a lovely bath. Great location the sea is literally across the road and the balcony is great for seeing out to the Isle of Wight and watching all the ships come and go and watching the sunsets.

Lovely little place for a small family …wanted some where close to the beach and couldn’t get closer if we tried .. only fault is there’s tea and coffee on arrival with suger in the cupboard we got there late so no shops open to make a drink so a little milk to go with the tea and coffee would of made it more out standing but Carl wasn’t to know we were gunna be late other then. It being able to make a tea after our long journey the accommodation was absolutely perfect for what we needed for the long wk end away if your a fan of the beach this place is perfect for you would 100 percent stay again ..

Great weekend away with grandparents - Holly’s place is really well set up for two couples to stay with children. We stayed with our baby and dog and it’s great there’s an upstairs floor with bedroom and bathroom the grandparents can escape to! The cottage is stylishly decorated and had everything we needed including baby gear, toys and books which dramatically reduced our packing! We loved being right by the beach, it’s also very walkable into town (highly recommend Lal Bar for dinner). We drove into Chichester and did walks near Pagham & the Old Piggery but there is also a bus that stops by both. Holly was super helpful and we were very lucky to be able to check in early and out late which was very generous of her. Lovely place, thank you!

Great location minutes from the beach and the light railway which takes you to the amusements etc. Quiet location. Exactly what we needed for a little break at the seaside with the children. Comfortable beds. Equipped with everything including tea and coffee
