Seafront 3 bed house perfect for friends/family.

SonalRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We've just returned from our stay at Rosie's house - we were a family of 8, 4 Adults and 4 children (aged 1-11), it was a lovely home from home. Extremely clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, huge welcome basket and she has a large store cupboard with useful condiments such as vinegar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The living room is huge with a large selection of books and board games. The views of the sea from the balcony are amazing. Its such a great location for exploring the local area, there is a small park and skateboard minutes from the front door. I highly recommend this to other families.

Vikings, West Wittering Home On The Beach

SallyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

Beautiful Harbour Village House

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great family holiday here for three generations aged 1-68. The house was spotless and very well presented. It felt spacious across the five bedrooms, with a large open plan kitchen/diner and living room too. The kitchen was very well equipped (much better than many holiday homes) and extra touches like the toys made it very family friendly. The garden and garden games were great too. The village is quiet and we enjoyed walks down to the Marina, as well as using the house as a base for exploring the area.

Converted thatched barn nestled in the countryside

SueRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Beech Wood Lodge

SimonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely few days away in this cosy cottage with our Boston Terrier. Small, but with all the facilities you need, this is lovely accommodation for a short break. The pub opposite does lovely food with another pub a short walk up the road. The beach is 5 minute walk away but is now somewhat storm battered - still makes an interesting walk. The lovely towns of Arundel and Chichester are a short drive. Easy parking at the accommodation but be aware the cottage is set in woodland with lots of nesting birds resulting in a rather dirty car each morning (ended up parking outside the pub)!

Bungalow & family pool, near Wittering beaches

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A true home away from home. It was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach on a route which was fine for our 5yo on his bike. The Lamb Inn does great food and only a few minutes walk away (and has a playground for kids!). Tilly and Tim were happy to let our boys use the football goals and trampoline in the garden which was a brilliant added bonus. There’s also a great swing (conveniently located enroute to the pub). A bit cold in April for the pool but our boys still gave it a go and Tilly and Tim kindly lent us wetsuits - the kids loved it! Overall, friendly and flexible hosts and a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Westly Mill Retreat, West Sands

LucyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed the stay, it was just what we wanted, a little break and breathing space after a serious health diagnosis. It was quiet, maybe the time of year. Staff around the place were pleasant and helpful. The beach was really close and almost deserted, we went every day. My daughter and grandson used the pool, which they said was lovely. My only complaint would be the quality of the mattresses, sadly really uncomfortable, also, not sure if it just how it always is but the toilet didn't flush well, we used a nearby toilet for anything more than a number one(sorry if that's gross)

The Pool House: Contemporary country escape

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Luxury Boltholes | Embers retreat with hot tub

HowardRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Thank you Kate for easy access & communication Regards Howard & Julie Taylor

Chalet Stone's Throw From Beach | Pass The Keys

KevinRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Lovely and quiet little place to stay. Walking distance from everything and really well organised. We took our bikes with us and were able to secure them safely which was a real bonus. Communication was excellent and we were actually able to access the property early due to a fantastic and efficient cleaner. If you take your bikes with you then cycle the Salterns Way to Chichester and back, well signposted and a lovely easy and flat 30 mile circular route with plenty to see along the way. All in all a great weekend away and the property made for an excellent break away. Thanks Team 🙏

Stunning home 70m from the beach

ErzsebetRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house met all the needs for our family. With plenty of room for the children and a brilliant safe garden for them to run around. We loved watching them explore and after going out we all loved coming back to the ‘holiday’ house. The house is a very sociable space and the big dining table was great for us. A very light bright space for all of us, a great find and we hope to return.
