Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Our stay in William’s house was great! The space was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparent! There was a bedroom for everyone, plenty to do (we loved the pinball machine, pool table, darts, and board games), and of course the awesome pool. The AC stopped cooling the first evening and William had someone there at 8 am to ensure it was fixed (even though he was able to reset/fix it in the middle of the night remotely)! We spent many afternoons floating on the rafts. The master bath was especially beautiful & the tub was great! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and found it easy to navigate. The Alexa’s helped us with both music & timers. My favorite part of the house was the front porch where there was such a nice breeze; it was so peaceful. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking-so many bunnies! Finally, the house was convenient to Publix, target, Jeremiah’s Italian ice, etc, and the highway. We were 20 min from the beach & had what we needed!

Great place to spend the night if you are flying in the day before a cruise. The house is extremely easy to find and close to the main road while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and exactly as pictured. We didn’t swim while there because it was raining but the pool looked refreshing. Awesome place to vacation.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

I had a wonderful stay at this cute and well-equipped Airbnb! The hosts thought of everything with nice little extras like sunscreen and shampoo as well as beach accessories. The landscape is beautiful, making you feel like you're in your own botanical garden. The front yard has a fantastic dining and grill area under the shaded pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. I particularly loved the swivel Adirondack chairs by the front door; a great place to sit with a book or a cup of coffee. The backyard is wonderful, featuring a hot tub and a beautifully lit pergola - a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s close to everything, including the beach, which was very convenient. This place is great for everyone: solo travelers, couples, girls' trips, and families. The house was absolutely beautiful, found it last minute and was super easy to find. Close to everything we needed during our baseball tournament weekend. Super friendly and highly recommend staying here!! Price was great, host was amazing!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

This house was great! Stayed with my family, including 5 of my parent’s grandkids. There were soo many toys and items for the kids to use! The pool was heated and felt amazing. We spent all day outside and not one kid was bored! Loves it and wish we could have stayed longer

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already talked about going back again next year! The beach access was so easy and definitely worth it. The host was very responsive when we encountered any issues (the garage door button battery died, no big deal!) The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos in my opinion, we had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and our family dog and all had plenty of room to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Airbnb and it did not disappoint I Reserved this place for my birthday with my friends and boyfriend it was an amazing experience and everything looked just like the picture our host was very kind and responsive when we need them I give this place a 10/10 and would definitely book again. Amazing spot right by the water super cozy home to rent, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!!! Enough space to cook in the kitchen all & all it was a great stay!!

We had 4 people staying plus our grandson visiting. Very comfortable and convenient. Even had 2 beach chairs and a beach blanket!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s very close to a lot of good restaurants, the beach, the mall, and the airport. Cristy provides a wide array of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and I felt like I was cooking in my own kitchen. The space is very roomy and comfortable. She had a fresh pineapple, chilled glasses and wine on my arrival. She was extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. She also made a priority to accommodate me whenever I needed anything. There was also beach towels and a beach equipment accessible for me to use . The backyard gives a good amount of natural light. I truly enjoyed staying here, and would love to come back again! I highly recommend staying here for both long term and short term stays!
