We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's and the location was perfect for a first time visiting Melbourne. Train station, tram, supermarket, museums, restaurants and cafes. All was very close :)

An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Thank you, Tony & Annie, for making our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, swimming pool, common office space, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—I’d definitely stay here again!

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Location was quiet, hardly any street noise despite being on the first floor next to the street. A few decent coffee places that were within walking distance. Will be good if you drive to get to the city. Jake’s instructions on how to check in were great and highly detailed with clear pictures on how to get in. Highly appreciated. Place was spotless and modern. Amenities all provided for. Jake was also really good at checking in to see if we were alright and offering help with whatever we needed. 5/5 will book again the next time I’m back in Melbourne.

Great place with a supermarket (Coles) just across the road. There is also a bunch of different cafes around literally downstairs (in the same building complex). The kitchen is well equipped with most utensils needed for casual cooking. The tram stop is 1-2 mins walk away, overall pretty good location. The apartment itself looks just like in the photos. There is a nice swimming pool and sauna in the building which are not busy at all (at least during our stay). This is a professionally run BnB, so the host experienced, responsive and resolves issues quickly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Cheers

Bethany’s place was perfect to explore Footscray and then head into the city for the football at Marvel stadium. Walking distance to everything we needed, including the train station and market. Very clean, well presented, lovely place with a nice view of the city. Bethany communicated well, and check in was straightforward and flexible. Would absolutely stay again if we were heading back to the area!

Rodger is an absolute legend—the best host you can meet!!!!! Everyone needs to experience this apartment when visiting Melbourne. If you love the fast pace of people having fun, you are staying at the best location—close to everything you need to have fun!!!! This apartment has charm and character. Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Amazing location right outside a tram spot so transport was never an issue. 10 mins from Queen Victoria Markets. Can’t recommend enough ❤️

We had a lovely time in the apartment, with very easy access to transportation, and many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance or a quick free tram ride away. Southern Cross Station is a five minute walk, which gives you access to regional and Metro trains, too. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. Though we didn't actually use them, the gym and pool are great perks. We would happily stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

Highly recommend this place. Livio was an excellent host and nothing was a problem. Helpful local advice. The flat was very clean and well maintained and, most importantly, it felt like home.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
