Hallo, ich bin Ajlan und freue mich, dich als Gast bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage per Bahn 14 Minuten zum Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof entfernt und nur 20 Minuten zur Nürnberger Messe per Auto. Sehr gerne beantworte ich dir deine Fragen und versuche zu helfen. Ich hoffe du hast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei mir. Die Unterkunft Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten vorhanden. Außerdem eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse.

Moderne Ferienunterkunft/Wohnung

Die moderne Ferienwohnung im wunderschönen Burgthann verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn-und Essbereich, 2 Schlafzimmer mit TV und Schreibtisch sowie eine vollausgestattete Küche. Das Bad hat eine ebenerdige Dusche, Toilette und 2 Waschbecken. Eine Waschmaschiene und ein Trockner gehören ebenfalls zu der Ausstattung. An den eigenen Eingang zur Wohnung grenzt die ca. 15 qm große Terasse an, welche zum Entspannen oder Grillen einlädt. Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in ca. 2 min zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich 11 km von Nürnberg, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Die Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in 3 Gehminuten. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, wie: Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, Norma, Apotheke, Tankstelle in der Nähe. Die Sparkasse Bank erreichen Sie ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Die überdachte Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im Altort. Im Haus befindet sich im Erdgeschoß eine italienisches Restaurant, welches bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung ( 1 Zimmer) im OG unseres Nebengebäudes für eine Auszeit im Grünen. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Nürnberg ist in 25Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft nah an den historischen Städten Altdorf, Lauf und Röthenbach, die zu Erkundungsausflügen einladen. Viele Wanderwege, wie der bekannte "Fränkische Dünenweg" oder der Moritzberg, starten direkt vor der Haustür. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Streichelzoo mit 2 Kamerun Schafen.
