Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Due to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practical. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for max. 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

You will live in a quiet, upscale residential area (30 km/h zone), always with enough parking spaces in the area. Nuremberg center or trade fair is about 15 minutes away, fields and forest can be reached in 5 minutes for walking, jogging or cycling. There are only 4 parties living in the house, all non-smokers and all appreciate the peace and quiet. It would be nice if you could appreciate this too.
