House vacation rentals in Wells

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jan's house in Someford Keynes. The rooftop entertaining space was a particular favourite of our group. For future travels, id note the following: * The ammenties in the holiday park are very busy and require significant prior planning. Unfortunately, our group were not able to swim as all of the slots were taken, and all spa appointments were booked weeks in advance. * There are a lot of children and families around the park. As such, there are a lot of rules for noise/entertainment (which is fair!), but just worth being aware of in case your group would prefer an adults-only experience. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the proactive communications from the host!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. Would happily go back. Thank you!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

We had a fantastic stay at Lyns place. Perfect location for Wells, lots of bus services available. We walked into wells on two of the days and caught the bus to Glastonbury. It’s a lovely property with plenty of light and plenty of space it was a shame we had to come back home, already missing Wells :-)

A great house in a very convenient location for walking into the city centre. The house was well equipped with everything you might need including lots of games. It was a tight squeeze for 9 people. The house felt very clean.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for what we needed. In a lovely quiet area, the house was spotless and had everything we needed. When we spoke with Claire and Dan they replied super quickly every time. Thank you and we’ll definitely rebook in future :)

we had a great stay at William's house. looks exactly like the photos. one car parking space provided but no problem to find parking on the road for our 2nd vehicle. short walk into Wells. lovely!

A lovely cottage feel, great shower and relaxing bath. The secluded, tranquil and private garden, was so peaceful, just perfect for the restful break we needed. ideally situated for a short stroll to the town(city). where there were numerous pubs/ restaurants to try. Root is a restaurant in the Michelin guide, a 15 minute walk from the property past the beautiful cathedral. Definitely worth a visit!

unfortunately we couldn't make it this time due to the last minute cancellation of the event we were going to attend. However elspeth was very helpful with the cancellation process. we will rebook her place again

One of the best-equipped and coziest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! Charlie and Stephanie have poured genuine care and attention into every detail of the house — from the thoughtful amenities to the clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Everything a guest might need has been considered and provided. Even with our late check-in, Charlie gave us a warm welcome and personally walked us through the essentials. The bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk waiting for us on arrival was such a lovely touch! The property itself is incredibly comfortable and inviting, and it’s ideally located for exploring Bath and Longleat Safari Park. With a Sainsbury’s just 12 minutes away, it’s also super convenient. A special thank you to Stephanie for letting our daughter meet and pet the ponies — it truly made her day! We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and already looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay here! Such a clean, cosy & comfortable space! Had everything we needed, it was like being at home. I would definitely come back here & I would 100% recommend it to others.

Our stay was perfect, we stayed for a wedding at Pennard hill farm - the annex is much bigger than the photos & has everything you could possibly need. Jennifer kindly gave us a lift to the wedding which we were extremely grateful for. Very spacious, clean & tidy! The only downside was that our stay wasn’t longer as it’s so cosy & we didn’t want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Caroline was very helpful and accommodating. She was very thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. For example, we asked for sheets and blankets as we don’t get on with duvets. Lo and behold, there they were. No problem, which we really appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend staying with Caroline.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The house is located in the center of Cheddar only a few steps away from the touristy places, but far enough to not stay right in the middle of it. In summer it is really cool to have breakfast in the patio or to walk to the nearby lake. We loved that every dorm has its own bathroom what makes it very suitable for larger groups. The communication with Andy was very uncomplicated and friendly. The only point we had is that the kitchen is only equipped with smaller pans what makes it a bit difficult to cook for 8 persons. Thanks for having us!

The Annex was beautifully decorated and furnished. Deborah was welcoming and responsive to any queries and requests. The outside seating area was a quiet, private sun trap with lovely seating. We were very lucky to have been able to stay here at short notice as it is usually booked up well in advance. We were able to have breakfast three times at the food establishment on site and the ladies there were very friendly and the food and coffee delicious. The locals were very friendly and we walked to the pub twice for an evening meal. Would recommend the venue and hosts to anyone wanting access to Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas.

Lovely house and great location. The house was a good size and can accommodate a family easily without feeling cramped. The hot tub was lovely and is sheltered, the garden was great to relax in with plenty of seating. It was a short walk into town and a quick drive to Chedder Gorge and Glastonbury.
