The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

Our self-contained, studio annexe - which sleeps up to 4 guests (one king, one sofabed) - is just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wells, with parking on site. The annexe is situated in the grounds of our property. There is parking for one car directly in front of the annexe. The space includes kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, kingsize bed, sofabed, plus separate bathroom with a shower and bath. TV with Freeview included, plus WiFi. All linen and towels included.
