Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

Her husband took us on an insider city tour of Weimar, Silke brought us fresh eggs in the morning, put delicious homemade jam on the table, offered us fresh herbs and salad from her garden. The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

On the Saale bright beach..... a very nice, quiet location to explore the area. Foxes and rabbits like to cross your path. It goes uphill or downhill. The rapeseed smells wonderful, not all the sights were already open. A car is recommended. The time was too short to explore and enjoy everything. The place is really recommended!!! Special highlights for us: In about 10 minutes' walk you can reach the beautiful city center of Weimar. A tegut supermarket is about 50 meters away in the old slaughterhouse. The nicest supermarket I've ever seen. Worth a purchase... and I don't get any money for it 😉

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Andrea and Gert's house is located in a beautiful villa area. We were received in a very friendly manner although we arrived late in the evening. The house is just beautiful. Everything you need is there. Super clean. Huge terrace. We were able to leave the car at the accommodation during the entire stay in Weimar. The old town is easily and quickly accessible on foot. There were lots of personal tips from Andrea and Gert. In short, we felt very comfortable and we would definitely come back.

You immediately feel at home in the apartment. Everything was as described and everything is also shown in the photos - only in reality it was even more beautiful. A great city apartment, it doesn't get any more central. Very good that a parking space is available - would otherwise be difficult in the old town. Our dog also felt comfortable - since he is very vigilant, there were of course some situations at the beginning due to the noise transmission - but he got used to that too! All around a perfect stay in a great, lovingly furnished apartment right in the historic old town of the beautiful city of Bad Langensalza! We will be back!
