Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist im Sommer schön kühl. Sie wurde ganz neu saniert und liebevoll ,mit viel Handwerklichem Geschick, von uns selbstgestaltet. Die Holzwerkstatt ist im Haus. (nur als Hobby....es ist kein Lärm zu Erwarten)😉Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und in ihm befindet sich meine Floristenwerkstatt,die ich gewerblich betreibe. Die Räume der Wohnung sind hell ,geräumig und freundlich . Verdunklungsrollos sind angebracht. Die Küche iist gut bestückt mit allem was man so braucht. Als Gastgeber wohne ich vor Ort und stehe jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!
