The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The extensive amenities leave nothing to be desired from young to old. On the south terrace and in the large garden with sunbathing lawn, sitting area and barbecue area, you can relax wonderfully with magnificent views of Lindenberg and the foothills of the Alps. The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

If necessary, a 3rd (or even 4th) person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and/or two extra mattresses for children can be placed in the bedroom. For babies we have a crib… The apartment is south/west facing and has a large balcony and beautiful sunset views to the west.
