Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. Dear Allgäu friends, our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil village of Hasenried away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is upstairs with great views from the balcony. The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.
