The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

You are only a 3-minute walk from the old town, many sights and the Appenzell train station. The studio has an open living and sleeping area with a pull-out 160 cm wide bed. There is also a TV with Netflix access. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cozy dining area is ideal for breakfast.
