The place is at a convenient location. Not a super luxury but clean and a good value . Kitchen is very well maintained and equipped.

I love space, I feel at home. 10/10 I would recommend.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful old home — perfect for our family gathering! The house is full of charm, with plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many thoughtful extras throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. The backyard and garden are fabulous and made for a lovely spot to unwind, while the front porch was simply gorgeous — a favorite spot for morning coffee. The location was also super convenient to both the city and the train station, and the surrounding neighborhood is full of unique and historic homes, perfect for a quiet stroll. Most importantly, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish — it really made all the difference. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality!

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

This was our second time staying at Ilda and Jon's place. It's very clean and comfortable and in a great location. There is a shared backyard which is great for our dog and kids. There's also a patio for lounging and dining. It's centrally located and across the street from a commercial center so there are lots of choices for shopping and eating. There's also a grocery store, Target and theater. We stayed here in October for a family event and I noted to Ilda that a coat rack and toaster would be a nice touch for guests and the first thing I noticed this stay was the added coat rack and toaster. It's so nice to know Ilda and Jon took the time to read my feedback and not only take it into consideration, but act on it too! Clear instructions for check in and check out and also responsive. Great place, highly recommend - will be back if there's another family event in the future.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

Linyan was an incredible host! Not only was she friendly and helpul, she even surprised us with a cake and presents for my daughter's 5th birthday while we were there! Truly a wonderful place to stay with a great host. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

staying here for the second time, and felt very peaceful, comfy and spacious place like the first time. the host adjusted as I had to check in early. this place has all the amenities that one will need washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Will stay here again if I have to.
