Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington Heights, Manhattan

This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

A perfect stay in New York! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The accommodation was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and ideally located in the south of Ludlow Street, right in the middle of a young, dynamic and creative neighborhood. The roof terrace was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bedding was of high quality, which allowed us to rest well. Special mention to May, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back during our next trip to NYC. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

Aine was extremely responsive to any queries that I had! Could not have asked for a better location! Great neighborhood - with lots to do House is great!! Everything fresh and clean and with a lovely basket of goods waiting with loads helpful info!

Just like Jared’s description, the place is nice kept, clean and cozy. A spacious living room, a clean and fully-equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom, and a nice backyard to use. Good enough for 3-4 people to stay in. Convenient location and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay for a week.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

This was a great stay in Mt Vernon. Really clean on the inside ! Close to public transportation and a 20 min ride without traffic to the airport. Host was very good with communication and answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Washer and dryer were a big plus. A really big tv ! Overall great experience at this place I would highly recommend and would also stay here again.

The place is at a convenient location. Not a super luxury but clean and a good value . Kitchen is very well maintained and equipped.

Fabulous modern apt in a quiet neighbourhood. The apt was close to amenities and very close for our visiting festivities nearby. Totally loved the crisp look of the apt and the extra coffee pods, and water were a great touch. As well I appreciated the makeup removal face cloth (nice touch). I certainly would stay here agai

I really had a great time staying here! Everything was calm, tidy, and my girlfriend really liked the aesthetic of the airbnb.

Anthony was a blessing in disguise. Jersey city is not the best location as there’s a lot of incoming traffic and clutter from the city however every time we set foot in his place after being out for the day it was like an amazing fresh breath of air. The unit we stayed in was surrounded by a load of other houses but the unit felt like we might have gotten the best space in the neighborhood. Anthony was very proactive with instructions and ensuing everything was running smoothly. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Beautiful place, professionally cleaned, well stocked for essentials, great location to get into NYC… very responsive host willing to help. Convenient two stories with separate entrances and bathrooms. Great experience!

The space was accurately described and easy to check into when my delayed flight got me into town well after midnight. Laila was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed (even extra towels when I asked). Proximity to the subway for Manhattan access was perfect, and there's a grocery store within walking distance to stock up on essentials (if applicable). A great spot if you are using Queens as your homebase for your trip.
