Townhome vacation rentals in Washington Heights, Manhattan

Very comfortable, lovely furniture, great beds, adjustable temperature for each area. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The stairs are are narrow, maybe tricky for some guests with mobility issues. The outdoor spaces are fantastic and private. Safe area with lots to do. Highly recommend for family or small groups!

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

Would definitely stay here again. Francine and Soon were great hosts. Friendly, welcoming. Lovely home, complete with occasional sightings of their daughter and three sweet pets. Quiet private guest room and bathroom next door. Nice decor and sparkling clean. Option to open the bedroom screened window onto their courtyard/garden or use a most efficient A/C unit. Comfy bed/pillows/linens and no city/street noise. Located amid iconic Harlem Renaissance landmarks. Close proximity to subway’s 2 & 3 trains and bus stop. Soon and Francine, thanks for having me.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

The place was great! Leecia welcomed us, explained everything and gave tips for the area. You can reach the nearest train in about 10 minutes and are in Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. You couldn't lock the door from the room from the outside, but we didn't mind. Eggs in Leecia's description - they are busy with their own life. Personally, the bed was a little too hard, but that's always a matter of taste. The fact is, you don't get the same size or helpfulness for the same money as there! An absolute recommendation!

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

Our stay in Jersey City was absolutely wonderful! Roxanne and Richard are fantastic, experienced, and very responsive hosts. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well thought out - it has everything (and more!) we could possibly need. This made daily routines and cooking super easy and enjoyable. The location is great and felt very safe. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Journal Square station. From there, you can get to the WTC station in Manhattan in just 15 minutes on the PATH train. Highly recommended!

my family & I enjoyed our stay in this home. the house is super super clean, lots of space, had everything we needed. we parked 3 cars pretty good. I was so impressed about how clean the house, towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, rugs, sofas was and everything in perfect conditions. 5 stars for this home and 5 stars to Wilson he was a great host.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb with friends and two kids. The Airbnb is in an amazing location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to several restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are super responsive to any questions or concerns. They also have all the amenities you may need for a beach day and the kitchen is well-stocked. The weather sadly did not cooperate with us this year and we were unable to take advantage of our proximity to the beach but would definitely stay here again the next time we plan a Rockaway beach getaway.

I used to live on the same block, so the location was familiar and very convenient for me. The apartment was comfortable, and I would stay there again. It was exactly what I needed and I had a great trip.

Our stay at Donnas place was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Donna was easy to communicate with and provided great local tips. We were visiting for my granddaughter's 17th birthday and spent two days at the American Dream Mall which was approximately a 20-minute drive from the condo. It was so nice to be able to come back to the condo and spread-out and relax after visiting the Mall. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of in a cramped hotel room.

Location is important in a large city like NY. This home served as a base for time with family, and moments at wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, botanical gardens, museum, all within walking distance of this home. We enjoyed a home with wonderful modern design space, and Japanese sensibilities, which managed to maintain a connection with its brownstone roots. Our beds were comfortable on Japanese style tatami platform. With a huge open space kitchen and large media area downstairs, you can find a space to soothe yourself after an active day out and about in NY. Our stay was wonderful!

The place is exactly like what it described and shown on pictures. Monica is always responsive and very clear with all the instructions needed. the place quite walkable to the path station. overall its a great place to stay if youre visit jersey city and trying to visit NYC. The path makes commute Manhattan is easy.

Alexander's home is our FAVORITE place to stay when we visit NYC. The home is stunning and soothing. The views of the Palisades and the Manhattan skyline are incredible. Parking is always a breeze. What we love is that we can just walk to the train and take the Hudson line and be in Grand Central Station in about 30 minutes. We used to live in the Rivertowns, so we feel right at home driving around to the other villages or just exploring Hastings. I love this home so much and Alexander is a supreme host. Thanks for making our trips to NYC special.

Freddy’s home was perfect for my trip! It’s conveniently close to a train station to make a quick and easy commute to the city. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy and you definitely need to be aware of your surroundings. Freddy was really responsive and helpful throughout the whole process! Definitely would like to stay here again!

Very Nice Place. Really clean. Very comfortable and cosy

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

Good location and great spot!

I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.

We had a great time here! The place was super nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay, it was also right next to the J train which was super convenient.

Dew drop inn was a great space for our family. It was very clean and had all of the amenities for a small family. Also, the one time I had a question, Jana was very responsive. We will definitely be back again when we come back to visit family.

We had an incredible time in Brooklyn. The area is quiet but very close to things to do. We had the pleasure of meeting Kamilah and she was so warm and friendly!! The home was charming and the sheets were some of the best I’ve slept on. We felt safe and cozy. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
