The district of Schnellmannshausen, "Schnelli" as the locals say, belongs to Treffurt and is located at the foot of the Heldrastein, which is considered the most beautiful viewpoint in Thuringia. Vacation in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

Idyllic cottage in the countryside

Small idyllic guest house in the countryside just 20 minutes away from the Documenta city of Kassel, with the World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Lovingly furnished for 2 people with small kitchen, sleeping loft and modern, new bathroom. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy on your own small terrace with private access. Kassel can also be reached by public transport via the train station in Guxhagen, which is 3 km away. The Mondsee, a swimming lake, is 2.5 km away.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we operate as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children. On request, we also have a baby bed for the little ones. The yard offers space to romp and relax. Modern guest house "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

Vacation home 60 sqm (historic city apartment)

Our renovated holiday apartment (60m²) sleeps 1-2 people. The cozy living room with sofa bed & TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 1 bedroom with two single box spring beds. The bathroom with walk-in shower, large mirror & towel dryer completes the overall look. Please note that no pets are allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and parking space behind the house free of charge.

The apartment is the perfect base for exploring, as it is close to the forest. Get to know our beautiful Eichsfeld by hiking or cycling. Or enjoy the flair of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, whose center is a 15-minute walk away.

Coziness on the Rennsteig

The cozily furnished house for up to 4 people has a large terrace with garden furniture. Our vacation home on its own property is located on the outskirts about 100 meters from the forest. From here you can explore Thuringia in all directions. Whether Eisenach, Erfurt, Meiningen, Suhl, Schmalkalden, Gotha, etc. are easily accessible from here. Oberhof, the winter sports center, is about 15 km away.
