Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

A relaxing vacation awaits you in a uniquely located and cozy vacation home in Eisenach at the foot of Wartburg. The accommodation offers you a quiet place to relax with stunning views of the valley. Due to the ideal location, it is the starting point for all tourist and cultural highlights in Eisenach (Wartburg, Lutherhaus, Bachhaus, etc.). The hiking trails to the Dragon Gorge and Rennsteig are right outside the front door. There are two parking spaces available.

All famous sights, such as Wartburg (Unesco World Heritage Site), Bach and Luther House, City Palace, Fraternity Monument, Dragon Gorge and the Automobile Museum are within walking distance. The almost 63 m² apartment with upscale furnishings is located on a side street, which is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The city of Eisenach and the most famous sights can be reached in 2-10 minutes on foot, by car or bus. For everyday life you will find supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The living room is suitable for up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay in Eisenach.

Idyllically located on the Lutherweg just outside the gates of the city of Eisenach, our Finnhütte is a small refuge for two to a maximum of 5 people, also ideal for families. However, due to steep stairs, it is not suitable for children below 6 and for guests with limited mobility.
