The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric stove, oven as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Furthermore, a covered balcony and a fenced, large garden with sunbathing lawn belong to the house.
