In the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, you will find the newly renovated vacation home, also known as “Hühnerhuis” in family circles. Here you can experience unique sunrises. If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

A getaway – “La Casita” garden house in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.
