The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

My place is right on the shore of Lake Walchensee with lots of sports for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. In addition to many possibilities, Herzogstand (the cable car is within walking distance - you have a breathtaking view), the monastery Benediktbeuern - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the famous Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Palace are interesting excursion destinations.
