The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
