Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Walkenried

Niels is a good and very nice host who responds quickly to messages and with whom you can also chat nicely on site and receive tips for activities. The house is located on a quiet street and yet you can quickly get to the city, close to shopping or restaurants and just as quickly to the countryside. We had everything in the house that was needed and the retro charm of the decor, as well as the beautiful garden, we liked and both we and our dog had, despite the weather, a cozy and relaxing week, thank you for everything Niels and maybe see you again.

Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

If you want to be on your own, this is the place to be. Just follow Mareike's instructions for the journey, then it will work great! You can reach many shopping facilities in 5 minutes by car. They were really relaxing days! Only the TV reception was poor to non-existent due to the covered satellite dish - but hey, in the beautiful area, only a disadvantage in the dark :)

We had a very nice and cozy time in Anke and Andreas' accommodation. Our Pentecost weekend was a bit rainy, but in this cozy apartment that was absolutely no problem. Everything was great and the communication was super friendly. Thank you very much!

We were 2 couples with 3 toddlers. The property is well suited for this. There is another large room in addition to the one booked, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of grilling. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

It was just great, dear Maren! Even with 6 people and a baby, we had enough space in your house, especially the super-equipped kitchen and the terraces we liked very much. We highly recommend your house.

We had a fantastic holiday week in a wonderful, fully equipped vacation home. The welcome was very warm and also during the rest of our stay siegrun and Peter responded quickly and showed interest. We booked Olga's and Ralf's place for our family vacation with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I don't think I've ever stayed in a place that's so perfect for large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. Our highlights were: - Garden and grill area - Games room - Numerous bathrooms - comfortable beds - Open and airy room layout We will be happy to come back. Thanks a lot!

My husband, me and our 2 little dogs had a great stay at the place. On foot or by car, the property is centrally located. The key handover was easy and the apartment has everything you need. The apartment was very clean, which was really important to us and it was lovingly furnished. We felt right at home. We had a short but very nice stay in Hasselfelde. The apartment is centrally located and you can easily reach everything on foot. Nice contact, uncomplicated check-in.

The apartment is very quiet just outside Bad Lauterberg and is therefore very quiet. The neighbors very friendly. The apartment is generously equipped with kitchen utensils and everything is modernly renovated. Our first visit to the Harz. The Grenzlandmuseum near Bad Duderstadt is not far away. The Heinz Sielmann Foundation is also worth seeing. There are delicious cakes and smaller children can jump around and watch animals.

Very nice place to stay with great views, great for hiking. Somewhat older furniture than suggested in the pictures, but still very cozy and completely sufficient. We will be happy to come back.

If you are looking for a quiet place outside Hannover with walking access to hiking paths, then this the place for you. The apartment was great, everything was clean and cosy. Within 10 minutes walk, I was on mountain paths and there were even a few restaurants close. I really enjoyed my stay here. Recommended!

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully decorated in a typical Harz house. It was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and cozy, the surroundings quiet and beautiful. From there you can start all sorts of excursions in the Harz. For spontaneous activities, Falko also provided a hiking guide and various suggestions. Games and books are also provided for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains right behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the place. EVERYTHING is super clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

My husband and I found Karin's place simply cozy and felt at home! So we could enjoy our evening in the accommodation in the rain. The location was great for hiking right away. Down the mountain and you can take the cable car to the Wurmberg. Restaurants and small cafes are within walking distance. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice time and would be happy to come back to the "Stadtflucht".
