The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg surrounded by nature and offers many possibilities for an exciting varied vacation in Goslar with both city and nature nearby. You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. The location of the apartment is perfect!🏔️

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt, there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (with hot water, of course!) are available in the sanitary area on the premises. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to see nearby.
