The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

The new building, 2-person holiday houses for a total of 12 people (6 people per house) are available for a relaxing holiday in the near future. In the near future is a gorgeous wellness oasis with an outdoor pool, sauna, etc. planned. A large double garage for bicycles or motorcycles is also built to conquer beautiful tours in the mountains.
