The apartment (studio/loft) is located in an apartment building with 5 residential units. The apartment has an outdoor parking space. In a five-minute walk you can reach public transport (bus). In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. There is a restaurant right next to the residence. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are right on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then off to the slopes, the gondola lift is easily accessible on foot in 300 meters. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at 250 meters from the penthouse.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided.
