Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Our vacation home welcomes you in the Upper Bavarian Forest - also ideal for hikers and cyclists. The nearby forest offers you the opportunity for leisurely walks. Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

At the moment we are facing a time full of trouble, fears and limitations. Without hesitating we like to offer our apartment which is properly cleaned/sanitized and completely isolated from other people. The small apartment has a cozy living room with corner bench, mini kitchen and couch. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably on new mattresses. In another room is a bunk bed with space for two small guests. And from your large southwest terrace you can look out over the Zellertal mountain panorama – the long evening sun in summer is a dream!

Das Ferienhaus Napoleon liegt sprichwörtlich da, wo Fuchs und Hase sich Gute Nacht sagen! Bei uns wohnen derzeit mehrere Katzen, zwei Hunde und zwei Ponys. Im kleinen Ortsteil Arnstein des Luftkurortes Waldmünchen. Arnstein befindet sich etwa 4km von Waldmünchen entfernt und ist ein Bergdorf.
