There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar supermarket at the lift station).

The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
