This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 2" is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with seating area and spacious bedroom with two box springs and a bunk bed. From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.

Spend your vacation in our beautiful farmhouse in Aschau in the Zillertal near the Hochzillertal ski resort with the black valley descent to Aschau about 150 m away. In summer, it is a starting point for hiking or mountain biking.
