This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

Haus Eggergütl - Dream view of the Watzmann

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
