A beautiful retreat in a stunning location. The cottage was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. Not only that but the hosts also are very generous and add additional touches - lovely Bread, butter, fudge, milk,wine- which is lovely to arrive to. The location is fantastic, just by the beach. A stunning location. We had such a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone, we would definitely stay again.

A lovely spacious property where we immediately felt at home. Close to the beach and Port Isaac with a short drive to Polzeath. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the private garden and going for walks on the coastal path. We would love to stay again - many thanks Gerry.

We loved our stay here. Philippa was very helpful and had thought of everything, lots of untensils in the house as well as letting us know in advance what was provided so we could pack accordingly. There was also an extensive list of things to do, activities, restaurants etc even including things to do for rainy days. The house was very peaceful and private and a lovely place to stay with access to gorgeous scenery as well as multiple towns. Thank you very much!

The Wagon House is a comfortable and charming 'home from home' with all you need for a short break. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. The setting is really peaceful but only a 10 minute drive to amenities in Bodmin and within easy reach of both north and south coast attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect cottage for a long weekend exploring Cornwall. The cottage was clean and comfortable with good restaurants close by. The walk into Padstow is great. Hollie was really helpful and very responsive. Great host, thank you.

We recently stayed at this beautiful cottage in Cornwall and had an absolutely wonderful time. The place had so much charm and character — it felt like stepping into a peaceful little haven. My friends and I instantly felt at home. One of the highlights was the collection of antiques throughout the cottage, which added such a unique and cozy touch. Every corner seemed to tell a story. The setting was serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we loved how well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished everything was. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with a bit of history and character!

Mark was super accommodating and helpful for an easy no stress stay. He graciously provided some breakfast items that helped get quickly started with our day of sightseeing in beautiful Cornwall.

We stayed for two weeks and had the most fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and is a delight to stay in. Everything you could possibly need and more…games, books and DVDs. We loved catching up on some old but fab films during our stay. The apartment is a downhill walk of about 30/35 mins to the main centre of Rock but about 10 minutes walk away are a bakery, deli/supermarket, fish and chip shop, cafes etc so you can get all you need without the car. We used the apartment to access the whole of Cornwall including Lands End and The Lizard. It’s a bit of a drive but easy to get there and back and spend loads of time exploring in a day. The Cornish weather did mean some rainy days so we were often wet and muddy on our return. As we were there in Sept, it would usually have been too early to put the heating on… but a quick message to Helena and she sorted everything so we were able to be super toasty and wash and dry everything. Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. perfect home away from home within walking distance central newquay (about 20 to 30 mins) perfect for what we needed to get away after getting married earlier in the month. Check in instructions was clear and easy. Tish and Keiths home was spotless upon arrival and there was so much informatiom about newquay and the surrounding area, including bus times and every bit of info you could ever need for your stay in Newquay. We really loved our stay here definetly value for money given the location. Tish and Keith were away when we stayed but Tish was so responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Tish and Keith we will definetly be coming back!

Just got home after a 4 day stay at The Wheatstore and am jumping on the 5 star review bandwagon. Just the loveliest of stays, beautiful accommodation that felt just like home. A 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to Polzeath beach. Clare & Mike are lovely people and happy to help if you need anything. Will definitely be back. Our new home from home 🥰

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

We have loved staying at Susan's place, it's really well done, comfortable and clean. It's close to local places such as Port Issac and Polzeath. We would certainly come back when in the area again

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely short peaceful stay in this self contained flat. Beautifully finished to a high standard and super clean and tidy. We would be more than happy to visit here again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, well appointed flat. Everything was clean and tidy and lovely to have a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits (especially after a long drive). The flat is about 30min walk/10min cycle to Rock beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. We were able to store our bikes in a locked shed. It was great to put our bikes on the ferry to Padstow and then cycle the Camel trail. We also cycled to Polzeath beach which was lovely but hilly! Stephen let us use his EV charger for our hybrid and we paid for the time we used. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

A wonderful stay - the accommodation is of a very high standard and has everything you can possibly need. And the view is fantastic. Topping it off is that you can be in all the great eateries and attractions of Padstow within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended.
