Marisa est une hôtesse extrêmement amicale, serviable et elle parle très bien français !! Nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec elle. Logement très bien dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Au calme de la campagne c'était apaisant. Je recommande cette location à 100% ! Autant pour le lieu que pour l'accueil A noter que la location est mitoyenne de leur restaurant. Ce qui ne rend en rien le lieu bruyant mais apporte une note supplémentaire au très bon rapport qualité prix car nous avons très très bien mangé Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un magnifique moment 😁

Eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Liebevoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet und doch voller Komfort. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios. Concetta und Paolo sind perfekte Gastgeber. An einem Abend wurden wir bewirtet und haben die beste Toscanische Gastfreundschaft und Küche erlebt. Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

El apartamento es perfecto! Alejandro fue super comunicativo y la llegada al apartamento muy sencilla y rápida. Las camas eran cómodas, grandes y había toallas para todos los huéspedes. Todo perfecto!

A distanza di qualche anno, siamo tornati nel bellissimo alloggio di Massimiliano! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine impeccabile, con una cucina fornita di tutto, un bagno perfetto e due camere molto grandi e candide. Proprio come ce lo ricordavamo. In più questa volta c'era anche un condizionatore portatile molto utile in cucina e ventilatori in ogni stanza. La collocazione in un paese tranquillo lo rende ideale per riposare di notte. E poi una menzione particolare per mamma Elisabetta: socievole ed accogliente, come sanno essere i toscani. Insomma: 5 stelle! La posizione geografica ne fa un eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare un ampio territorio della meravigliosa Toscana. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

Diese schöne Wohnung war gut zu finden, mitten in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Giulia hat stets schnell und zugewandt reagiert und geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara et Cristiano et leur fils ont été des hôtes très amicaux, à l’écoute et aidants. Leur maison est un havre de paix au milieu d’une magnifique nature, d’un calme reposant et bénéfique. C’est un bonheur d’y rentrer après une journée de visites. Merci pour votre aide avec le chemin, les bagages et votre gentillesse !

Lorenzo est un hôte disponible, reactif et dynamique. Il nous a fourni des précieuses informations sur les sites à visiter et les activités environnantes. Le logement est restauré avec beaucoup de goût et d'authenticité. une place de parking à proximité immédiate s'est avérée très pratique. je recommande sans réserve.

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

정말 멋진 풍경이 돋보이는 숙소입니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 욕실도 청결했어요. 그네2개, 미끄럼틀이있는 놀이터도있고 정원도있으며 산토끼,고양이, 산새들, 달팽이... 등등 동물들로 아이들이 행복해했답니다. 호스트분들이 너무 친절하시고 다정하셔서 감사했어요. 또 가고싶은 숙소추천입니다.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

A estadia foi ótima! O apartamento é muito completo e percebe-se o cuidado que a Federica tem com os hóspedes por cada detalhe do espaço. O banheiro é muito pequeno, de fato, mas não foi algo que nos atrapalhou. A localização também é boa, fica em frente ao McDonald's e muito perto de uma pizzaria ótima. É muito fácil de se locomover pela cidade, pois tem uma parada de ônibus a poucos metros, com pelo menos 3 opções de linhas que levam ao centro. Se for fazer bate-volta para San Gimignano e Siena, a localização também é muito conveniente, já que na mesma parada é possível pegar o ônibus extra urbano. Se tivermos a oportunidade de voltar a Florença, com certeza vamos considerar o apartamento da Federica.

Francesca è un’ospite presente e deliziosa così come il suo appartamento: fiori freschi al nostro arrivo, piccole attenzioni e grande disponibilità. Insomma tutto perfetto per chi vuole staccare e immergersi nella natura!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Elisabetta and Lorenzo’s place! It’s such a great location, on a lively piazza, but away from the chaos of the direct center. You’ll find everything you need close by and more. It’s an easy walk to most places you’d want to go. The house is clean, well stocked and feels quickly like home. When I did message the hosts, they were very quick to reply and helpful. The daily markets are great and there are so many delicious spots to eat close by. While people can hang in the piazza late into the night, the double windows are very helpful, better than expected. If you’re extra sensitive, have your earbuds or plugs nearby, but don’t let it deter you from choosing this place. Thank you for hosting us! We’d choosing this place again anytime when visiting Firenze.
