This penthouse in Siena completely stole our hearts! It was so spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed—we truly didn’t want to leave. The views from the windows and terrace were absolutely breathtaking. I honestly think this is the best spot in all of Siena if you’re looking for stunning views of the city and countryside. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made a huge difference for us. We were traveling with our two-year-old, and they went out of their way to accommodate his sleep schedule and make our check-in seamless. We’re so grateful for that extra care—it made our stay feel even more special. If you’re heading to Siena, don’t think twice—this place is pure magic.

All I can say is WOW. The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It really was a work of art. Federico was so kind and accommodating to checking in and checking out, as well as offering things to do in the area as well. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Just perfect. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a great time in the apartment which is very beautiful, clean, quiet and very well located for discovering the region. Sofia is a very friendly, welcoming, attentive and very responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Such a fun place to stay with an incredible rooftop terrace. The surrounding area is very local and there are a lot of hidden gem bar and restaurants. Dan was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and local experience!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

Staying at Giovanni’s apartment was like staying in a fresco palace and living like royalty. The apartment is stunning, great location to walk everywhere in Florence and once inside the apartment , the world is blocked out in a peaceful way. The highlight truly is the host Giovanni. He checks in many times, offering any kind of assistance, and an absolute delight to spend time with. It was a remarkable stay and what a way to live like a local, and be treated as a special guest!

The host, Giacomo, opened the door to a real gem. An attic apartment, complete with every comfort. The very beautiful view of the hills fills the house with light and color. Located a short walk from the center of San Gimignano, it is the perfect space for a couple who want to explore the village, and then retreat comfortably in an oasis of peace. Finely furnished and perfectly equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer, two smart TVs... in short, a complete suite for a special vacation. Free parking in the immediate vicinity.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.

Absolutely loved this place. Only thing to note is that there is no service in the lobby, so if you’re traveling from another country and using an esim like airalo, be sure to read up on the check in and wifi instructions ahead of time. Hosts are super responsive and on call, I am appreciative as they went above and beyond for me. They called me a taxi, answered my call at midnight, and even held my luggage until I was ready to pick it up. The space itself is also beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures.
